About Richard and Amy

Richard and Amy met as graduate students at the University of Minnesota.  Now, Richard is a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University, and Amy is finishing up her dissertation with Richard in Virginia Beach.  This blog is about their experiences as they transition from graduate students to… something else.
