About Richard and Amy

Richard and Amy met as graduate students at the University of Minnesota, where they both earned their Ph.D.’s.  Now, Richard is a assistant professor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University, where Amy is also working as a lecturer.  This blog is about their experiences as they transition from graduate students to… something else.
